PRODUCT SHIPPING

Transmissions will be shipped via freight company of our choice to freight dock or business address with loading dock at $75 or $125 for E4OD, 4R100, and 4L80E. Other products will be shipped via UPS – prices will be given at the time of ordering, with the exception of Redline products, which includes shipping. All shipments will be sent insured. It is your responsibility to check shipment before signing it clear. Claims will not be paid on shipments marked clear so in turn will not be accepted as a return to Dr. Evil Performance Transmissions.

PURCHASING PRODUCT

Our product is available direct from us or from one of our distributors, including racing transmissions and torque converters. Terms for payment are: Money order, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

A 20% restocking charge applies to all returned merchandise, and will not be accepted without a return goods authorization number.

Dr. Evil Performance Transmissions reserves the right to change the build of material of its transmissions in either material or design, specifications, without prior notice as it deems necessary.

Dr. Evil Performance Transmissions will not assume any liabilities or implied obligations with regard to similar, custom or obsolete parts.

Dr. Evil Performance Transmissions cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to accessory items, such as shields, cooler lines fittings, shifter brackets, etc. left attached to the transmission when shipped into our factory as a core or to be freshened up.

Make sure all accessory items have been removed before the transmission is shipped.

DR. EVIL PRODUCT WARRANTY

• All converters are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against defective parts and workmanship.
• A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns.
• All Dr. Evil Street/Strip Transmissions are warranted for 12-months.
• Race Transmissions come with a one-year in-house labor warranty and a six-month limited parts warranty.
• During the warranty period, Dr. Evil Performance Transmissions will repair or replace any parts determined to be defective due to workmanship or material.
• The purchaser must prepay shipping charges for the return of any defective parts. Parts returned freight collect will be refused and returned at customer expense.
• Warranty of transmissions is limited to replacement of all friction materials, seals and gaskets.
• Additional charges will be made for damaged parts due to improper installation, misuse or abuse, improper cooling or low fluid level.
• This warranty is limited to the value of the parts covered by this warranty and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness of the product for any purpose.
• No other consequential damages or other charges, implied or expressed are allowed.

Core Deposit Requirements

All core deposits are $500.
CORE DEPOSIT will be refunded when your core is returned to us (within 30 days) and inspected for excessive damage, i.e., broken or melted transmission case or differential is considered excessive damage. If there is excessive damage, the core deposit will not be refunded in full or part. Missing or badly damaged parts will be charged back to the buyer.
